Green Delta Ins declares 40pc bonus share
Green Delta Insurance Company Ltd has declared a 40 per cent bonus share for its shareholders for the year 2005.The bonus share was announced at the 20th annual general meeting (AGM) of the company held on Thursday in Dhaka, says a press release. Chairman of the company AZ Mohammad Hossain presided over the AGM, which was attended, among others, by members of the Board of Directors and Managing Director and CEO Nasir A Choudhury.
