Vettori down again

New Zealand spinner Daniel Vettori has been diagnosed with a stress fracture in his right lower back and will return to his homeland for treatment, the English county Warwickshire confirmed Friday.It is not the first time Vettori has been troubled with the problem, which has blighted the 27-year-old left-arm spinners Test career. Warwickshire said they agreed with the New Zealand cricket authorities that Vettori should return home as soon as is practical for his treatment and rehabilitation. Former New Zealand batsman Mark Greatbatch, also the director of coaching at the county said, "Dan was looking forward to being part of a successful Bears set-up this summer but clearly now he will need to focus his energies on getting healthy.
