HeidelbergCement declares 18pc dividend
HeidelbergCement Bangladesh Ltd has declared an 18 per cent dividend (eight per cent cash and 10 per cent stock) for the year 2005.The dividend was announced at an adjourned meeting of the company's 17th annual general meeting (AGM) held on Wednesday in Dhaka, says a press release. Chairman of the company Jean-Claude Jamar presided over the AGM, which was attended, among others, by directors Abdul Awal Mintoo, AKM Jahangir Khan and Golam Farook, and General Manager M Abul Hashem.
