Editor, new management for Holiday
The weekly Holiday has reorganised its editorial and management teams following the death of its founder-editor Enayetullah Khan late last year, says a press release.Sayed Kamaluddin, a veteran newsman and comrade-in-arms of the founder-editor, has now taken over as the new editor of the Holiday. The Board of Directors of Holiday Publications Limited (HPL) has been revamped with prominent industrialist, business leader and former adviser to the caretaker government Syed Manzur Elahi as the chairman and renowned industrialist Towhid Samad as managing director. Samad is the chairman of ESTCDT, the founding body of IUB, and also the chairman of Bangladesh General Insurance Company. Other members of the board include Sayeed Hossain Chowdhury, Abdul Hai Sarkar, Yussuf Abdullah Haroon, ASM Shahidullah Khan, M Fazlul Azim, Mohammad Zahurullah, Nasir-ur-Rahman Sinha, Mirza A Behrouze Ispahani, Altaf Hossain Sarker, SM Iqbal, Iqbal Hossain Mahmood and Harun-ar-Rashid.
