Premier Leasing Int'l declares 15pc dividend
Premier Leasing International Ltd has declared a 15 per cent dividend (five per cent cash and 10 per cent stock) for its shareholders for the year 2005.The dividend was announced at the fourth annual general meeting (AGM) of the company held on Tuesday in Dhaka, says a press release. Mizanur Rahman Shelley, chairman of the company, presided over the AGM, which was also attended by directors and other senior officials.
