Union Capital declares 20pc stock dividend
Union Capital Ltd has declared a 20 per cent stock dividend for its shareholders for the year 2005.The dividend was approved at the eighth annual general meeting (AGM) of the financial institute on Sunday in Dhaka, says a press release. Chairman of the company M Faizur Rahman presided over the AGM, which was attended, among others, by directors, sponsor shareholders and other senior officials.
