People's Leasing okays 45pc stock dividend
People's Leasing and Financial Services Ltd has declared a 45 per cent stock dividend (nine bonus shares for existing 20 shares) for its shareholders for the year 2005.The dividend was announced at the 10th annual general meeting (AGM) of the company held on Monday in Dhaka, says a press release. Chairman of the company Motiur Rahman presided over the AGM, which was attended, among others, by directors and other senior officials.
