"Police and bribe"

This is in response to the letter of Shegufta Yasmin on "Police and bribe". She has described merely a little of the police activities. A friendly relation should exist between police and the public. But most of the people of our country don't trust police. We often see the police-collecting toll from people on this or that pretext. We must get rid of certain social ills before the corrupt practices can be eliminated from society.
