Morol Bari: A telefilm with twists and turns
Morol Bari is a telefilm adapted from a play, Nabalok written by Kazi Monowar Hossain.

The film is about a Morol (community chief in rural areas) who hoodwinks the simple and uneducated people of his village, to acquire their lands. Kashem is a young man of the village. His father, a victim of the Morol's evil designs, had to go to jail for a murder he did not commit. After his release from jail, Kashem's father dies of shame and humiliation. From this point onward Kashem begins to organise the villagers against the Morol, with the help of his friend, Mojnu.

Tomalika, Azizul Hakim and Faisal Alam have played the lead roles. The telefilm is directed by Iqbal Shariar and the playwright Kazi Nasir.
