Energy Adviser Mahmudur Rahman will inaugurate the league as the chief guest. UCBL Managing Director Hamidul Huq will be present on the occasion.

In all 10 teams will take part in the league. The teams are: Bangladesh Rifles, Titas Club, Bangladesh Police, Bangladesh Water Development Board, Bangladesh Power Development Board, Wari Club, Sonali Bank, Dilqusha Sporting Club, Fire Service and East End Club.

BDR will face the East End Club in the inaugural match.
