JCD divisional confce in Rajshahi today

The Rajshahi divisional grassroots representatives' conference of Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal (JCD) will he held at Sultanganj High School ground on the outskirts of Rajshahi city today.The conference, being held as per the directive of Tarique Rahman, senior joint secretary general of the ruling BNP, is aimed at strengthening the JCD, the student wing of BNP, at the grassroots level. Tarique Rahman will inaugurate the conference at 10:00am. Health and Family Welfare Minister Khandaker Mosharraf Hossain will be present as chief guest. JCD General Secretary Shafiul Bari Babu told The Daily Star that the district town has been tastefully decorated on the occasion. About 6,445 student representatives from 19 northern districts and 200 former student leaders will take part in the conference.
