Accused in AL leader Boral murder case held

Bagerhat police on Wednesday arrested Maruf Hossain alias Chhoto,30, an absconding accused in Bagerhat Awami League (AL) leader Advocate Kalidas Boral Murder Case. Maruf, son of Manik Fakir of Chargram in Bagerhat Sadar upazila is wanted in 11 cases including murder, extortion and robbery lodged with different police stations, according to Bagerhat Police Station officer-in-charge (OC). Maruf went underground in the face of Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) operation last year.
