Aziz Sarkar reappointed Rab director general

MA Aziz Sarkar has been reappointed Director General of the anti-crime elite force Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) on contract, cancelling his LPR.An official notification issued by the Ministry of Establishment yesterday said the Leave Preparatory to Retirement (LPR) of Sarkar was cancelled for reassigning him. "MA Aziz Sarkar has been re-appointed DG of Rab for the next one year, with effect from today, following a presidential order", it said.
