BOC declares 50pc dividend
BOC Bangladesh Limited has declared a 50 percent dividend for the financial year that ended in September 2005, says a press release.

The dividend was declared at the 33rd Annual General Meeting of the company held in Dhaka yesterday. M Syeduzzaman, chairman of the company, presided over the meeting.

The AGM approved re-appointment of Waliur Rahman Bhuiyan as managing director of the company.

Industrialist Latifur Rahman was elected director of the company as Azimuddin Ahmad retired.

M Farashuddin and Alan M Watkins were also re-elected directors at the AGM.
