Bir Shreshtha Munshi Abdur Rouf Rifles College recorded an 18-8 win over Dhaka College on the opening day of the EXIM Bank inter-college men's handball tournament at the Outer Stadium handball court yesterday.In the day's second game, Notre Dame College trounced RK Chowdhury College 17-1.
