After Narayanganj received walkover on the opening day against Brahmanbaria at the river-port town, it was Barisal's turn to reach the zonal semifinals without dripping any sweat as their neighbours Bhola did not turn up.

Barisal will take on hosts Chandpur in Wednesday's semifinal while Narayanganj face Sylhet in the first semifinal today.
