Crude-oil prices rose above $59 a barrel Friday, buoyed by natural gas futures surging on forecasts of colder weather.Over the weekend, a snowstorm is expected to hit the parts of the Midwest, the region with the highest concentration of homes heated by natural gas, and the Northeast, the nation's largest heating oil market.
