Myth
Adult's don't need vaccinations!
Vaccinations are not just for kids. Immunisations help protect adults specialty, seniors, against serious infectious diseases. Such as hepatitis A and the flu, and should be a part of your regular health care routine.

Older folks should also get a tetanus-diphtheria booster every 10 years, and a chickenpox vaccination if they never had the disease. Chickenpox can be very serious when contracted later in life.
