At the Dhaka University ground, Gazi Tank beat Azad SC by seven wickets. Gazi Tank reached the target losing only three wickets after bowling out Azad for 139 in 39.4 overs.

Surjo Torun handed Uttara SC a 32-run defeat at the City Club ground. Uttara managed to score 211 before being all out in 48 overs while chasing Surjo Torun's 243 all out.
