Seminar on education

A seminar on 'Quality Primary Education in Bangladesh' was held at Shyamnagar on Tuesday. It was jointly organised by Manusher Jonno and Uttaran, two NGOs, with assistance from the Commonwealth Education Fund, marking the Dakar Declaration on Quality Education for All. Speakers stressed the need for launching a program to train teachers on modern methods of education.
