The State Minister of Power has reportedly said, as published in newspapers, that he is helpless as he is bypassed in policy and decision-making matters. The State Minister of Energy had to resign, and the Advisor for Energy is saying that he is trying to correct the wrongs done by the earlier State Minister. These published news items fairly and squarely point to the gross mismanagement in the power and energy ministry. What is the Hon.
