Attention: Aktel


I have been a user of Aktel mobile phone's post-paid service for the last four years. I bought the SIM card for an exorbitant price.

Recently, the leading cell phone companies reduced call rates and added many other facilities. For example, GrameenPhone opened the BTTB incoming facility for the customers who used to have only Mobile to Mobile post paid connection facility.

My phone has only one-way BTTB facility and that is the incoming one. I would like to request the Aktel authorities to open the BTTB outgoing facility by keeping the line rent as it is. From the marketing perspective, I strongly believe it will increase their sale dramatically.
