Keep homestead clean to prevent dengue, DCC urges city dwellers
Dhaka City Corporation (DCC) called upon the city dwellers not to be alarmed and take preventive measures against spread of Dengue fever, says a press release.It urged the people to keep their homestead and domestic appliances clean and not to leave clean water deposited in abandoned utensils, flower tab, can, tyre, tube etc for more than five days. The DCC also strengthened their activities to kill larva and adult mosquito in dengue prone areas. The areas are Mirpur, Mohammadpur, Greenroad. Dhanmondi, Ajimpur, Tejgaon, Mogbazar, Shantinagar, Kalabagan and Shabujbag.
