LGRD and Cooperatives Minister Abdul Mannan Bhuiyan will inaugurate the seminar jointly organised by LGRD and JICA.

Representatives from Cambodia, India, Nepal, Indonesia, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Bangladesh are expected to participate in the seminar, organisers said .

As many as 20 keynote papers would be presented at different sessions by experts from home and abroad outlining the rural development strategy ranging from planning and financing.
