Nobel nomination

It is heartening to read in the newspaper that Dr Yunus of Grameen Bank might be nominated for the Nobel Prize. The recognition should have come earlier. He is to micro-credit what Bill Gates is to personal computers (popularised both DOS and Window).The GB microcredit programme is being widely replicated in many countries, and have changed the lives of millions of poor families, restoring to them the will to live on. It is time there is some good news from emerging Bangladesh.
