Derailed railway!

Bangladesh railway has no caretaker. In a recent meeting of the Communications Minister and the Finance Minister with the ADB and the WB regarding improvement of our railways, our Finance Minister admitted that the railway was running without any effective supervision.The government should address the issue in right earnest.
