Death threat to Duta president

Dhaka University Teachers' Association (Duta) President Prof AAMS Arefin Siddique received another death threat through a letter on Saturday night.Claiming him as an accomplice of Bangla Bhai, the letter sender asked Prof Siddique to pay Tk 50,000 in cash to one Quddus Mollah at Hotapara in Gazipur within 10 days, or he would be blown up anywhere in the city. Earlier, the same person issued threats to Prof Siddique at least five times through letters.
