IOC not swayed by glitz 'n' glamour

IOC president Jacques Rogge made it clear Monday he is not impressed with the mass of sports stars being flown into Singapore by cities bidding for the 2012 Olympics.

London's top star is football millionaire David Beckham. New York has Muhammad Ali. France is bringing in basketball star Tony Parker.

They are all hoping the celebrity 'A list' will held sway IOC members when they decide on Wednesday who will win the 2012 Games.

London, New York and Paris are going up against Madrid and Moscow in the most hotly contested Olympic race in history.
