Black money is not black literature!

True, allowing black money to convert into white can bring some revenue earnings to the government. But the question is up to what extent it should be allowed?

Black money is not black literature. Both are idioms in English language. Black literature has direct and positive meaning i.e. literature authored by black people or literature about the blacks (eg. Uncle Tom's Cabin) while black money has a negative meaning, i.e. money earned from illegal or illicit sources.

Now the point is, should we allow someone to make black money legitimate that one has earned through smuggling or black marketing on even through drug, children trafficking?
