Green Delta Ins okays 30pc bonus share, 10pc cash dividend
Green Delta Insurance Company Ltd has declared a 30 percent bonus share and a 10 percent cash dividend for its shareholders for the year 2004.The dividend was approved at the company's 19th annual general meeting (AGM) on Thursday in Dhaka, says a press release. AQM Nurul Absar, chairman of the company, presided over the AGM, which was also attended by other senior officials.
