Qulkhwani of Dr Sitara today

Qulkhwani of Dr Sitara Parvin, a professor of mass communication and journalism department at Dhaka University, will be held at her father's residence at House # 14, Road # 124, Gulshan # 1, after Asr prayers today. Sitara, daughter of former president Shahabuddin Ahmed and wife of DU journalism professor Dr Ahaduzzaman Mohammad Ali, died in a tragic road crash in the USA on Friday. She was buried at Banani Graveyard on Wednesday. Colleagues, students, well-wishers, admirers and relatives have been requested to attend the qulkhwani.
