Kibria's birth anniversary observed

The 74th birth anniversary of the slain Awami League leader and former finance minister Shah AMS Kibria, who was killed in a grenade attack in Habiganj on January 27, was observed on May 1.Family members and relatives of the late minister, political leaders, teachers, ambassadors and members of civil society placed wreaths to his grave. They also offered fateha and prayed for the salvation of the departed soul.
