The arrestees were identified as Sirajul Islam Kutti 29, and Motaleb Shaikh 52.

Rab arrested them while they were extorting money from a businessman at Sonadanga residential area, says a press release. Later, Rab handed over the arrestees to Sonadanga thana.

Rab also arrested another criminal Nasir Mallick 26 from Sonadanga Bypass Road on Friday and recovered 24 bottles of phensidyl from his possession. He was also handed over to Sonadangta thana.
