Mixed draws for youth soccer teams

Bangladesh have been drawn against mighty Iran in the qualifiers for next year's AFC Youth (Under-20) Football Championship.The first match will be played in Tehran on November 23 while the second leg in Dhaka four days later. The finals will be held in India in November 2006. Meanwhile, in the Under-17s qualifiers Bangladesh have been placed in a relatively easier Group-C that features Bhutan and Sri Lanka. The three-team qualifying round will be staged in Dhaka this November. Singapore will host the U-17 finals in November next year.
