Police officer Mofazzel on 3-day remand

Former Additional Police Super Mofazzel Hossain has been taken on a three-day remand yesterday in the Jugantor Journalist Dip Azad bomb attack case.The Metropolitan Magistrate Atiqul Haque granted three days' remand for police officer Mofazzel. Earlier, Magistrate Atiqul Haque rejected the bail petition of Mofazzel. Mofazzel was brought to court from Khulna district jail in a prison van at 11:50am amid tight security. He was sent back to jail at 12:15pm. Mofazzel was allowed to address journalists for five minutes. He is being interrogated at the Khulna Metropolitan Police (KMP) headquarters in presence of outlaw Hasan. Because, Hasan named the additional police super as mastermind of bomb attack on Dip Azad.
