Mashud given 1-game ban

Rajshahi captain and Bangladesh wicketkeeper Khaled Mashud has been slapped with a one-match ban yesterday for showing dissent to an umpire during a third round National Cricket League match against Sylhet.Match referee Murshed Chowdhury found the national stumper guilty of misbehaving with the official, who ruled him out just two runs short of his hundred on the second day of the four-day match at the Rajshahi Divisional Stadium on Saturday. Mashud will miss his side's next four-day game against Dhaka starting at Bogra on March 3.
