Changes in admin

The government yesterday made some changes in the top level of the administration. According to an official notification, Rafiqul Islam, secretary-in-charge of primary and mass education, has been transferred to shipping ministry. AKM Shamsuddin, additional secretary at the Prime Minister's Office, has been made acting secretary of primary and mass education ministry.
