We are in trouble

We the people of Chittagong are facing a problem every day. It is sound pollution. Is there a way to get rid of this problem? What the authorities are doing? Do they have any intention to solve this problem? The drivers of motorcars have no idea about hydraulic horns and they use the horn unnecessarily. This happens in every road and residential areas in front of schools and college. We want this problem to come to an end.I hope the authorities would take the necessary steps to stop noise pollution.
