PBCP kills 1 for leaking information

The outlawed Purbo Banglar Communist Party (PBCP-ML) has slaughtered its cadre Imran alias Hasan to avenge the killing of party central leader Mofakkhar Chowdhury. Imran hailed from Srifaltala union under Rupsha upazila of Khulna district. One Sumon identifying himself as a cadre of PBCP (M-L) called Khulna office of Dainik Gramer Kagoj on Friday night to say that party cadres abducted Imran from Srifaltala union and slaughtered him under Jugidaha bridge of Sirajganj district. His beheaded body was lying there. He claimed that he gave the information on behalf of his party's central committee. Imran was killed as he leaked out the whereabouts of Mofakkhar taking Tk 2 lakh from Abdur Rashid Malitha alias Tapan, founder of Janajuddho faction of the PBCP. Branding Imran as a traitor, Sumon said the killing of Mofakkhar will never go unchallenged.
