Lal Mian, 60,died on the spot. The injured- Zahiruddin, 40, Shamsul Haq, 55, Faizul Haq, 25 and Hashmotunnesa, 60, are undergoing treatment at Dhaka Medical College and Hospital (DMCH) while the two others whose identities could not be traced immediately were admitted to Orthopaedic Hospital.

Witnesses said the Munshiganj bound bus from Dhaka turned over after colliding with an unloaded truck coming from the opposition direction at about 2:00 pm at Lal Mashjid.
