Tipped off about the gold, officials searched the BG 083 passenger aircraft that landed at ZIA at 9:23am from Kuala Lumpur and found the chains in an abandoned paper-packet. "We're trying to trace the passenger of the seat and those of the adjacent ones," Inspector Monsur Ali told The Daily Star last night. On November 8 this year, the customs officials seized Saudi riyal worth about Tk 1.7 crore from the luggage of an unidetified passenger of a Dubai bound Bangladesh Biman flight.
