AL team to visit monga-hit dists

An Awami League (AL) team will visit the Monga (famine like situation) affected areas of northwestern districts and distribute relief goods among the destitute from November 4 to 7, says a press release. Joint General Secretary Oabidul Quader will lead the team during the visit to Rangpur, Nilphamari, Lalmonirhat, Kurigram and Gaibandha. Other members of the team are: Mukul Bose, Asaduzzaman Noor MP, professor Nazma Rahman, AHN Ashiqur Rahman, Mostafa Rashidi Suza, Advocate Fazle Rabbi, Sharfuddin Ahmed Jhantu, General (retd.) Mustafizur Rahman, Siddique Hossain, Major General (retd) Subid Ali Bhuiyan, Lutfor Rahman MP, Dr Hamida Banu Shova MP and Benzir Ahmed.
