Rickshaw strike

In the morning of 28 October we found out that there were no rickshaws in the streets of Uttara. It was hard for people who did not have cars to move around Uttara, as the CNGs refused to go to short distances. Walking was the only choice.But, strangely enough, no newspapers or TV channels reported anything about the rickshaw strike.
