Shahi, Gulshan 2, Dhaka We read interesting books, classics, and some good articles. We read Md. Badrul Ahsan's articles and we also go through the letter page in The Daily Star. We wrote this letter on Md. Badrul Ahsan and his writings. One of the best writings that we read was Decency and the flood. Md. Badrul Ahsan writes many interesting articles. The article expresses the extremes of the people of Dhaka and the hypocrisy. Mr. Ahsan's writing is very balanced and honest. We want to send a letter on this article. But at this time we are overloaded with articles. We hope to send the letter that we wrote. On September 27, 2004, there was a letter by Mr. Shaheen on the writing on love by Mr. Ahsan. We read the article on love, and some of the ideas are interesting, however, we do not agree with all of the ideas because we want a more positive view of love from Mr. Ahsan. A man and a woman should share ideas and responsibilities and a positive outlook on love. Love should not be so tragic, and a woman like Mumtaz Mahal should have been more intelligent than having 14 children and increasing the planet's population. Some of his articles give negative or pessimistic impressions like this one on love and also Anatomy is Destiny.
