Two new members of Citigroup board
Citigroup, the parent company of Citibank NA, recently announced that Anne Mulcahy, chairman and CEO of the Xerox Corporation, and Dr Judith Rodin, past president of the University of Pennsylvania, have been elected to the Citigroup Board of Directors, says a press release.

Anne M. Mulcahy, 51, was named chief executive officer of Xerox in August of 2001 and chairman in January of 2002. Mulcahy most recently was president and CEO of Xerox from May 2000 to July 2001.

Dr. Rodin, 60, was recently appointed president of the Rockefeller Foundation. She was the first woman to be named president of an Ivy League institution.
