Razzak, Qader out of danger in Delhi

Former Bangladesh ministers Abdur Razzak and Obadiul Qader, injured in the August 21 carnage and admitted to a hospital here, are out of danger, a hospital spokeswoman said yesterday.

In all, 12 Awami League leaders including Razzak and Qader were admitted to Apollo Hospital on August 30 and all of them are now out of danger, she said.

The nature of injuries to the 12 AL leaders is not serious, but a team of doctors will continue monitoring them, she added.

When asked, the spokeswoman said she was not in a position to say when they will be discharged from the hospital.
