The BCB and Sri Lanka Cricket have reached an agreement that the Lankans will now tour Bangladesh in February 2006. However, Bangladesh's scheduled tour of Sri Lanka in September next year is on.

In a hectic home schedule, the Tigers will host New Zealand and India in October and December this year respectively and Zimbabwe in January 2005.

But India and Zimbabwe will not be involved in the proposed tri-nation one-day series. India will play two Tests and three ODIs while Zimbabwe, who end their temporary Test ban in December, will play two Tests and five ODIs.
