Human trafficking
Md Shafiquee, Karatia, Tangail
Trafficking is a global problem. No country is free from its claws. According to US officials' estimate, about 600,000 to 800,000 people are being trafficked in the whole world every year. Bangladesh is one of the worst victims of it. It is a common phenomenon in our country. Most of the victims are children and women. Being transferred through the board to India, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and so on, they are forced into household works, prostitution, and so on. A large number of Bangladeshi victims are leading a miserable life in India and Pakistan .If the law enforcers become more conscious about their duty, it should not be impossible to eradicate human trafficking .
