utilise foreign relief properly: B Chy

Former president and chief of Bikalpa Dhara Bangladesh (BDB) Prof AQM Badruddoza Chowdhury yesterday called for proper utilisation of relief materials received from abroad."The government has to be alert against plundering of relief materials," said the BDB chief while distributing relief at Kunjaban and East Rampura in the city. He said each union could be provided with Tk one crore if the government properly utilises the foreign assistance. The BDB chief also criticised the government for issuing a stand release order against an upazila nirbahi officer as he participated in relief operation with a local lawmaker.
