Ershad urges govt to take post-flood rehabilitations

Former President and Jatiya Party chairman HM Ershad has urged the government to take all possible preparations for post-flood rehabilitation works across the country."The flood-hit people are suffering much, as they are not getting adequate relief materials", Ershad said this yesterday while he was distributing relief among the flood-affected people at Barua in city's Badda thana. He said the life of the affected people would not be saved if massive rehabilitation programmes were not taken with the recession of floodwaters. Party Secretary General ABM Ruhul Amin Hawlader, presidium member GM Qader MP and Khandaker Abu Taher Muku accompanied him, says a press release.
